It happened in Houston, Texas when a Union Pacific track crew pushed up the
gate to cross the LRT test track and their vehicle was hit by a Siemens S70
Light Rail Vehicle.

The truck driver was injured and there was heavy damage to the front of the
LRV. It later was sent to Ottawa for cold temperature testing by the
Canadian Centre for Surface Transportation Technology where I saw it in
their test chamber.
